This role is extremely important within the sales organization at BuildFire. You are responsible for helping to scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) are specialists discovering pain points and setting meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Account Executive team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the sales organization.

How you will contribute:

BuildFire is excited to continue growing and adding to our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. We are currently looking for SDRs to join our Inbound sales team.

This is a great opportunity for a driven Sales Development Representative that is looking to start or continue their career selling custom software solutions to sophisticated buyers. As an industry leader in the app development market, you’ll receive a large number of high quality inbound leads from the very beginning that you will help turn into long term customers. You will deliver the best in class customer experience for companies that want to grow their business through a mobile app from discovering business pains/needs, explaining the BuildFire platform and introducing them to our Account Executive the final outcome. This position will work closely with SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise level business leaders to solve their ever growing business challenges. Your success will be measured on daily activity metrics as well as monthly quota attainment

You will stand out with:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise segments
  • Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Chili Piper, Zoom, etc is a plus
  • Success working in a remote work environment
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachable and a focus on self-development
